BodyFit Anywhere is a full-body, 12-week program. You don’t need any prior lifting experience to do it. This makes it a great program for getting into shape for the first time or back into shape if it has been awhile. This program was designed to be done from home, in hotels or at resorts, at the park, or, well.. anywhere! Because of the design of the phasing, this program can be completed multiple times with continued results. I recommend completing the program exactly as written the first time through. Once you have some experience with the format, you can substitute in moves that more specifically focus on areas you
are trying to grow.
Technically, you can do this program without any equipment. But, hey- you already invested in a great workout program so you might as well do this thing right! I added some of my favorite anywhere workout items to an Amazon list here for easy access, but here is what I recommend for this program:
